Indenture of fine (John Robinson gent., plaintiff; Thomas Winter sen. and Ann his wife, Thomas Winter jun., and Mary Morland [widow], in possession) - house and 40 acres, with common of pasture, all in Barton parish, Ascension 1736
Deed to prepare for the Recovery to follow (Thomas Mark of "Alderbeck" [Ellerbeck] gent., Anthony Parkin of Lamb's Conduit Street, p. St Andrew, Holborn, gent., and William Stephenson of Penrith gent.) - to make Anthony Parkin tenant for the purpose; conveys to him one house (unnamed), garden, 3 barns etc., about 16 closes (all named; including Yewsriggs, Elbowshows, Parton, and Row Tenement), 5 cattlegates "upon Martindale Forrest; with all ... tofts, crofts, common of pasture, peatmoss and turbary, trees, mill-dams, fishings ... 1778
