47a. in East Pennard village, and N. and E. of it; little detail apart from some adjacent landowners; lugfall and quarry marked. Enclosed: Ref.Key giving names of fields and state of cultivation entitled Reference to the Map of an Estate at E.Pennard lately purchased by Mrs.Napier of Revd. Phelps, and various tracings, including proposed new road through the village (pound marked).
