Description

Evan Parry of Tynddol Glynfeiriog near Llangollen in the county of Denbigh farmer and Elizabeth his wife, and Evan Parry the younger to the Rev. Richard John Davies of Aberhavesop in the county of Montgomery and Charles Browne of the Goitre in the parish of Meifod in the County of Montg.

Consideration £30 and 10/- to Parry the younger.

Bargain and sale of that parcel, of Common land on Allt y Maine in the parish of Meifod alloted to David Evans in respect of the Roft or Farm house by the award of Henry Bowman bearing date the 11th May 1809, of 6 acres 2 roods 22 perches numbered 75 on the award now in the holding of Charles Browne.
