For £600 paid by R.L. to (1) and 10/- paid by R.B. to (1), (1) to (2)

Public house called "The Sign of the Plough" with yard, garden and homestead belonging (1 a. 3 r.); cottage in Oxton with garden and appurtenances (16 p.); Hatfield close (4a. 1 r.); Strawberry close (7 a.); arable land in the Moor field, in the Windmill Field and in the Nether Field; close in Blidworth (4 a. 1r 13p.); close in Farnsfield (2 a.), piece of land in Calverton (1r. 30p.).

To (2) for use of (3) for next 1,000 years with certain conditions as expressed in an Indenture of even date. On expiration of term or other sooner determination, for use of (2). (1) covenants with (2) to levy a fine and to surrender premises into hands of Lord of Manor at next meeting of court.
