Indenture, assignment of bond.
(1) Thos. Webb of Sherborne, gent., exor of will of late Wm. Ward of Woolston, gent., who was surviving exor. of late Rich. Hinde of Lilburne Nhant, gent. during minority of Sam. Hinde of Lilburne, gent., grandson of Rich. Hinde.
(2) Sam. Hinde of Lilburne, gent., grandson of late Rich. Hinde.
(3) Rich. Hinde of Oxford, mercer, another grandson of late Rich. Hinde.
Reciting that Wm. Lucas of Killesby Nhant, yeo., and Thos. Lucas, yeo., by bond dated 24 Jan. 1711/12 were bound to Wm. Ward and John Farndon of Woolston, gent., in £40. for payment of £20. 10s., that both Wm. Ward & John Farndon have since died and that Wm. Ward made (1) his sole exor., that money lent to Lucas was trust money raised out of estate of Rich. Hinde and that (2) having reached age 21 has proved will of Rich. Hinde and assumed execution, now (1) by appointment of (2) to (3) assigns above bond, (1) nominates (3) attorney to receive for use of (3) all money due on bond.
