Deposited by the Superintendent Minister of Nantwich Circuit in October 1968 and August 1969, and by a Circuit Minister in August 1979. Acc. 1440(pt.), 1585(pt.), 2640(pt.)

Administrative / biographical background

Opened in 1808 at Hospital Street by the Wesleyan Methodists. Rebuilt in 2009 as the Central Chapel. For a brief history see EMS 27/7/16.
