Closes and enclosed grounds in Westcott and Burbage: Mawfrys, Flexfield, Westcott Severall, lately enclosed land in the Westclay and in Man Heath.

Also a tenement with curtilage, garden and orchard adjoining, with another garden-ground adjoining, called Under Ashes, situate on the west side of Westcott Street in Burbage.

Also the closes and parcels of land in Rudmead, the East Sands, the South Clay and the Marsh.

Consideration: £350 paid by (2) to (1) and also (2) has agreed to pay to Thomas Hancock £200 and to said Ralph Winter £100, for which last two sums parts of the lands stand mortgaged. Also (3) assigns to (4) the term of 1,000 years created by said mortgage to him, in trust to attend (2)'s freehold.
