The contemporary title on f.3v. is "Liber m[agistri] Will[ielm]i Reed Ep[iscop]i Cicestr[ensis] que[m] scribi fecit p[er] Will-[ielm]um atte Hulle ..." The early roman foliation runs from ff.i-xxxviii consecutively, but there are traces of an earlier arabic foliation which prove that the present arrangement of folios is not original; more than half the volume is missing.
f.3v., title page; f.4, contemporary list of contents; ff.5-13, rights and customs of episcopal manors; ff.14-16, proceedings in royal courts; ff.17-18, manorial inventory; ff.23-38, charters; ff.38v.-39, rents and services due from the Earl of Arundel.
