Description

Vincent Van Gogh worked for the London branch of Goupil & Co. from May 1873 to May 1875. He lodged with the Loyer family at 87 Hackford Road in Brixton between Aug 1873 and Aug 1874, leaving after he had been rejected by his landlady's daughter, Eugenie Loyer (1854-1911).
