'To Arthur Holdsworth Esq [Esquire] Governour [Governor] of the Garrison and Member of Parliament for the Borough of Dartmouth'. Survey shows coastline, hydrography, jetties, topography, roads, settlements, buildings, fortifications (Kingsware Castle), land marks, sight lines, remarks and explanatory key. Includes decorative cartouche. North point (orientation to west); evidence of (pencil) construction lines. Scale: 6.1 inches to 600 yards.
