By NICHOLAS VENABLES of Andover, co. Southants, esq., to WILLIAM PEERS of Bosham, gent.,--for £260--of the following lands &c.; a barn and 11 ac. of land called the Shipwash; 3 ac. called the Hames; 3 ac. of pasture called the Wournes; 1 ac. of meadow called Stanford meade; all in tenure of Widow Knight. Also a messuage with barn &c.; 11 ac. of arable land called the Parkes; 2 ac. adjoining the said barn; 7 ac. called the Wornes; all in tenure of said William Peers, all which premises were in Ancton in the parish of Felpham alias Felgham and were late parcel of the manor of Ancton. And all other the lands &c. purchased by Nicholas Venables, grandfather of the said Nicholas party to this Deed, of Robert, Earl of Leicester, by the name of All that messuage or tenement in Ancton then or late in the tenure of John Leche alias Bech with all barns &c. and 2 gardens and 3 yardland containing 60 ac. in Ancton
