Description

Letter from William Grant, Lichborough, Weedon to - Randall, Esq

It is his intention to be in Town on Tuesday next and will call on him at 2 o'clock, when he hopes draft release will be ready for his perusal. Was at Leighton the previous day and had it from Mr Bassett that it was the intention of the Partners that the £2500 should belong to John Grant's estate. Is not clear to him that £450 for present dividend does not also belong to John Grant's executors 'but this is a nice point' and need not be raised. Otherwise as executor to both parties might institute a writ, which would take a long time to be heard. However just give him some idea of appropriation of £450, when see him.
