Description (What the record is about)
-
Papers of BMU's dealings with ecumenical committees and associations. Some of the bodies are Anglican with an ecumenical purpose, for example the Committee for Roman Catholic Relations, whilst others, the New Town Ministers for example, are ecumenical in composition. Some files were organised by topic rather than any committee or body, and these have been kept together, for example Evangelism. BMU's correspondence with other churches and confederations of churches is also included.
