Miscellaneous Out-Patient Registers

Although volume MH/T4/Ktz 2 is labelled an out-patient register, it is too far beyond the last of the sequence (MH/T4/Kt 23) to be sure it forms part of the same series. Consequently, it has been catalogued separately. It includes the following information: patient reference number; name and place of residence; name of doctor/department; whether admitted and remarks (these latter usually relate to the scheme under which the patient was admitted). The volume includes both British and foreign military personnel (the latter mainly Australian, Canadian or Polish).
