Peter Farnden of Sedlescombe, gent, to Thomas Western of London, citizen and grocer

Crowham Forge in Westfield, the coal places, workmens' houses and the lands and tenements formerly allowed to them, ponds, bays, floodgates and pens, the bellows, working tools and utensils, except the watercourse late Mr Francis Francke's and ways and water lays belonging to others

TW to buy up to 50 tons of the sow-iron that PF shall make at [?Beckley] Furnace at £5 a ton; PF's tenants at Crowham Farm to undertake carriage at the going rate; PF to have liberty to carry through the lands with oxen and teams
