To mother Jane all real and personal property for life, then to her sisters Anne, widow of John Heffield, and Mary Bowman, both of Newark. If testator marries, then £20 p.a. for life to mother, and rest to wife for life, then to any children; with provisions for £10 p.a. for life to wife in default of issue.
Should mother or sisters marry, with malicious intent to deprive testator of a share in their property, then to have 1s. only. Should any wife not make over property to testator, then not to have any interest in will.
Letters of administration to his aunts, mother having died.
