Lectures or addresses on the Epistle of St. Paul to the Romans, chapters 1-5. Written in a single hand, with numerous corrections suggesting that this is an original author's manuscript rather than a copy. ff. 5r-8r. Preface. Begins, without title, 'Solemni et laudata consuetudine receptum est, veri patres et fratri in Christo, ut qui aliquem authorem interpretari velit ...' ff. 9r-84r. 'Epistola Pauli ad Romanos'. Begins: 'Priusquam verborum aut sententiarum expositionem aggrediamur tria consideranda concurrunt...'. The lectures cover Romans chapter 1 (ff. 9r-43v), chapter 2 (ff. 43v-60r), chapter 3 (ff. 60v-77v), chapter 4 (ff. 78r-82v), and chapter 5 (f. 84r only). ff. 1r-4r contain commonplaces (quotations from authors ranging from St. Bernard to Heinrich Bullinger) and a note 'de iuge sacrificio' on the daily sacrifice.ff. 84v-88v are blank.
