Description

Marriage to be had between Charles Noden and Mary Harrison daughter and coheir of Richard Harrison Esq. deceased. Consideration - settling his son in the world.

Covenant that Charles shall stand seized of a messuage and farm of land meadow and pasture called Rodmeadowes and 2 cottages in or near Oswaldstree (late tenant Nathaniel Jones carrier), 2 messuages in Moorefields in White Cross Alley on the parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch co. Midd (James Nash leather dyer and Thomas Lawrence wine cooper) to use of Hugh Noden and heirs until the marriage and after to use of Charles Noden and heirs.
