(ii) Arthur Weaver of the Inner Temple, London, gent.
Right to messuage and lands called Ty Rees ap Howell ap Moris and appurts., in township of Llaunithion [Llaneithion] in parish of Bettus [Bettws], co. Mtg.
(ii) quitclaims all errors etc. in fine levied by him, Anne, his wife, Mathew Lloyd and Margarett his wife to (ii) of the premises at Great Sessions held for Montgomeryshire, 12 May 1628.
