1. LIVERPOOL Alderman John Chorley c David Poole concerning a seat in the gallery erected at charge of Corporation with licence to allocate seats - allegations.

2. ROCHDALE John Ingham c John Ramsden concerning his title to a pew in right of his tenement at Cleggswood. Ingham says Ramsden is a non-conformist.

3. WEAVERHAM Affidavit by John Birchwood that he saw Richard Smith teaching a school in the house of John Bradley without licence.

4. PRESCOT Churchwardens c Wm Barnes of Great Sankey for non payment of church rates since 1684. Details of rates given - libel (repair).

5. WHALLEY (Church) Wm Kenion c Wm Shaw for fornication charge - sentence.

6. WYBUNBURY Churchwardens c John Clayton - sentence.
