Recites: 1-3; William Lord Abergavenny died intestate and left issue GN and Catherine Nevil (a minor) by his first wife and William, Harriott, Mary and Sophia Nevill (all minors) by his second wife RN; his provision for Catherine Nevil is inconsiderable, but GN and RN are satisfied that he intended ES to apply the residue of the income for her use, which ES has been doing since his WN's death
