By OWEN MARDEN of Petersfield, butcher, to WILLIAM BRICKNELL of the same place, carpenter, - for £34 - of a messuage, tenement or dwellinghouse, garden orchard and premises called Hoars; Also a plot of ground formerly called Imps Garden adjoining to the above said garden and orchard, containing 20 perches

All at West Harting then and for many years in the possession of John Townsend
