List of documents accompanying Brief'. Also included are other lists of documents supplied and accounts for legal and professional fees relating to the case. Handwritten and typescript documents dated [January] 1910 - August 1914 (4 items).

2. 'Horton and Crockford. Extracts from the diaries of the late Mr. William Martin 1895-8'. The diaries relate to correspondence and interviews of plaintiffs, defendants and other parties affected by the proposed improvement works at Bull Street and Union Passage. Handwritten copy. Also includes notices to produce and admit evidence, along with details of the documents produced in evidence during the Chancery proceedings presided over by Mr Justice Joyce. Some of the documents included in the affidavit are in this collection, the remainder (if not lost) should be with the master records relating to the case, which should be held amongst the records of Chancery in the National Archives, Kew (see BCC/1/AX/1/9/1).
