Premises: all that estate or farm at Bank House consisting of a good dwellinghouse with suitable outbuildings and 45 acres of arable, meadow and pasture land now in occupation of Robert Wilson except for house in which (1) lives, ground approaching same, garden, pump and yard and all buildings heretofore occupied by (1) and family and 2 nurseries Fellside, the Calf Parrock hedge for drying clothes and all wood.
Covenants: re dates of entry, manure, coal, cultivation, drainage etc.
Rent: £65 per year.
