18th March 30 Eliz. Indenture. Parties Myles Gerrarde of Ince, Esqrs. one part & Robert Chadocke of Billinge, husbandman, Joanne his wife & Alice Macaude, daughter of Richard Macaude yeoman of other part.
Demise in consideration of the sum of 20 marks to Robert, Joanne & Alice of that messuage with the appurtenances in Billinge, now in the tenure of the said Robert Chadocke, with the Reversion of Houses, gardens, meadows etc, & Turbarie of the inheritance of the said Myles & now in the tenure of the said Robert Chadocke lying in Billinge, of the yearly rent of 20/-. To hold from the several deceases of the longer liver of Robert & Joanne for the term of 21 years, at the yearly rent of 20/- and accustomed services.
