James Earl of Barrymore to Thomas Parker of Runcorne, yeoman --- one parcel of land containing about ½ an acre lying in a close in RUNCORNE called the Dale; for lives of the said Thomas Parker, Mary Parker of Runcorne spinster, his sister, and Thomas Wright son of Thomas Wright of Sutton next Frodsham, blacksmith, aged 3, at an annual rent of 6d and a heriot of 2/6. Cons. £6. Seal, red, a pelican in her piety. Parchment.
