[Canon James Moore, President, Sedgley Park School]; refers to the agreement made between Canon Moore, his solicitor [John Hawksford], and Carnall and requests they adhere to it to ensure everything is settled and to avoid much scandal; requests he be left alone to sort out the School books as they have become mixed with his own private papers; requests Canon Moore remain friendly towards him or he shall not be able to do anything at all; will forgoe any salary due after the 25th.
