Footpath from south-east corner of Market Meadow in St. Mary Cray, occupied by Richard Parker as tenant of Joseph Berens, Esq., along east side of the field from the corner of garden occupied by William Smallwood, to the north-east corner of the field next the road from St. Mary Cray to Chiselhurst, by the gate of the paper factory occupied by William Joynson, being part of a footpath from St. Mary Cray to St. Paul's Cray and Foots Cray, 259 yards long, 2 feet wide, to be diverted to new line from south east corner of Market Meadow, north-westward to join the proposed new path below, 209 yards long, 3 feet wide.
Footpath from south-west corner of Market Meadow by the Kiln there, being part of footpath from Orpington to St. Paul's Cray and Foots Cray, to join the above footpath at the north east corner of Market Meadow, 332 yards long, 2 feet wide, to be diverted to new line from east side of the Kiln, north wards to the road from St. Mary Cray to Chiselhurst, 315 yards long, 3 feet wide.
Footpath from stile at south side of Letts Meadow in St. Paul's Cray, belonging to Viscount Sydney, occupied by Richard James, north-westward to stile at west side of the meadow, leading to Letts Field, 179 yards long, being part of footpath from Orpington and St. Mary Cray to St. Paul's Cray and Footscray, to be diverted to new line from south east corner of Letts Field, belonging to Viscount Sydney, occupied by Richard James, opposite end of second proposed new path above, northward to join the line of the old path, 133 yards long, 3 feet wide.
Justices' certificate: 9 December 1845, with plan (scale: about 50 inches to mile) surveyed by R.P. Browne of Clements Lane, Greenwich, or John Power of Woolwich.
Consents of John Robert Townshend, Viscount Sydney of Frognal, Chislehurst, and Joseph Berens of Kevington, St. Mary Cray, 29 October 1845.
