It is agreed between Thomas Huls of Astleye esq and John Hule his son that Thomas, his heirs, executors or assigns shall pay John his executors or assigns £15 at one entire payment within a certain time after the entry and releasing of certain fields commonly called Smithefyeldes out of the possession of Sir Hughe Cholmeley knight, as appears in an indenture dated 10 June 19 Elizabeth
