(i) 6 December 1792. Mortgage described in Add Mss 26,338
(ii) 15 September 1794. Mortgage described in Add Mss 26,339
By this deed (a), in consideration of £100 paid by (d) to the said John Foster during his lifetime, and (b), in consideration of £100 paid by (d), assign their interests in the said property to (d) for the residue of the said terms, and (c), in consideration of the further sum of £150 advanced by (d), confirms the said assignment to (d)
