Deed to lead the uses of a fine, (1) Samuel Deavin of Marlborough, glover and breeches-maker and Catharine, his wife, (2) Christopher Deavin of Pewsey, baker, and William Mills of the same place, glover and breeches-maker.
Freehold tenement, closes, lands and late enclosed grounds in Westcott and Burbage.
These premises had been settled, 9, 10 June 1766, on the marriage of said Samuel and Catharine Deavin, and the fine is to be to the uses of said settlement.
