Description

W. Smith, West Rasen, to Messrs Nettleshipp, Bicknell and Boulton.

Covering letter sending accounts and vouchers, reference to claim of tenants for refund of drainage and land tax paid Reference to buildings under his superintendance and not by contract. Materials purchased and workmen in the neighbourhood employed, who have to be paid as they proceed. Reference to Ancholme drainage rate. Observations on bills sent to Mr Harrison 5 August 1831. Appear to be from tenants for work done.
