Description

A miscellaneous collection of loose black and white and colour prints, colour transparencies and colour negatives relating mainly to the Indian Police Medal. The collection can be broken down as follows:. 1-2: Black and white prints of Indian Police and Civil Service groups at Lahore, 1947. With accompanying identification key. 3-12 Colour prints with, with negatives, of various examples of the Indian Police Medal, showing change of wording on obverse. 13-14 Ektachrome transparencies of thre Empress of India Medal.
