Jn. Goodall of Fowey, merchant, Jn. Tonkin of St. Blazey, gent., bro. of Digory T. decd., and Digory s. of Jn. T., with Hen. Hawkins of St. Austell, gent.
Heirs of Peter Major to stand siezed of Merthen and Porth to use only of Hen. H., premises to be surrendered when Hen. H. requires.
Endorsed: "Pursuant to these articles Peter the son of Jn. Goodall did surrender the Duchy to T. Hext the assignee of H. Hawkins 13 Nov. 1732".
