Description

Tingrith

Sale, by direction of Capt. Trevor Trevor Battye, J.P. , of the Tingrith Manor Estate, with the Abstract of Title commencing with the Will of Mary Trevor dated 22nd June 1871 (part) and a Conveyance on Sale dated 14th Nov 1893 to the Trustees of Mary Trevor (part). Leasehold part of Lot 10 commencing with an Indenture of the 22nd May in the 16th year of King James I for a term of 300 years from Michaelmas 1619 at a peppercorn rent. Sale includes:-

a) Tingrith Manor, with Mansion and gardens, plus the Manor or Lordship or Reputed Manor or Lordship of Tingrith, plus the 'Advowson or next and perpetual right of presentation to the Living of Tingrith', which comprises a Rectory, House, 5 acres of Glebe land and Tithe Rent Charge commuted at £240 (Lot 1); also the Estate Yard and Estate Cottage (Lots 29-30)
