Recites lease and release of the property (23-24) granted on surrender by Catherina Nevill and George Henry Nevill; now it is declared that RW, EW and GMB shall hold the property (subject to payment of reserved annual rent and deduction for expenses) in trust for CN for life, then in trust for GHN for life, then on such trusts as HN may appoint, in default of appointment in trust for HN for life, then for his youngest daughter Harriet Nevill, and younger sons Ralph Nevill, John Nevill and William Nevill, in equal shares
