Incorporated July 1894 although according to their numbering, the first annual account would have been produced for the financial year 1889/1890
In 1959 the Corporation was described as ".. a wholly owned subsidiary, so far as the ordinary stock is concerned, of Peter Walker (Warrington) Ltd, and owns certain properties which are leased to PW(W) at a rental of £30,00 per annum." (See M380PWK/4/1/49). The status of the Property Corp No 2 at this time is unknown
