Sir George Cooke, of Wheatley, bart., son and heir of Sir Brian Cooke, late of the same, bart., decd.; George Cooke, of Warmsworth, co. Yorks., esq., Sir Brian's brother; John Sunderland, of Doncaster, esq., and his dau., Catherine, spinster.
On the marriage of Sir George Cooke and Catherine, Sir George will effect a common recovery of the lands settled on the marriage of Sir Brian Cooke to Priscilla Squire (marriage settlement of 15-16th June 1711 recited - see 729-732), and settle them to uses (specified, principally to make a jointure).
John Sunderland will pay £2,000 when the marriage is solemnized, and will give security in land for an additional £6,000.
