Property - close called Yells coppice, formerly called Manmoor or Upper Wilmore ('5.3.0) bounded NW by Morbrook otherwise Marlbrook, SE by lands belonging to Baldwin, on the other sides lands belonging to the Earl of Liverpool (as purchased by the late Thomas Duppa the father); 3 messuages, stables, office, machine house, 2 steam engines, coal pits, clay mill, stoves, kilns, drying sheds and other erections used for raising and getting coal and clay and the making and manufacturing of bricks, tiles, draining pipes etc; the manor of Yerton otherwise Eardington with rights; the capital messuage lands, tithes (merged) in the township of Eardington, as schedule; mines and veins of coal, ironstone, minerals, clay, under the land first described, with liberty to get them by means of pits in Yell Coppice, without doing injury to the farms.
