Description

Docketed “Enclosing letter to Mr. Mercer with estimate of 2 30 horse engines. Observations on it and those of the 35 horse engines. To remain in Town and see Sir W. Curtis. Will write to Mr. Turner to apprize him of my seeing Sir W. Receive with great pleasure account of Arrow’s experiments. Observations on Devonport pump.”
