The Agreement of the Cumberland and Westmorland Commissioners made with Col Hudleston at Penrith, as to their raising of troops, following their "Engagement" [i.e. undertaking] with the Yorkshire gentlemen to send 300 men into Yorkshire made at Barnard Castle this 27th October, Penrith
