To the Honourable the Judges of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace in & for the County of Armstrong.

The petition of divers inhabitants of the Township of Sugar Creek in the sd County respectfully shweth that your petitioners labour under inconveniences for want of a Road or Highway to lead to Watersonville & Watersons Ferry from the Houses and lands of Walter Titley and other along the side of the Alleghaney River so as to intersect and connect with the Kittaning & Clarrion

Your petitioners therefore Humbly pray & c
