From; Frances Bentley of Coventry, widow, and Joseph Bentley of Coventry, brass founder to the Reverend Thomas Warden of Exhall in the County of the City of Coventry, clerk of the property assigned in PA 171/14/10. The property is released to the use of Charles Clarke of Nether Whitacre, Warws, farmer, for the life of the Reverend Thomas Warden. William Bentley of Wolverhampton, Staffs late grocer, now traveller, John Lee of Foleshill, in the County of the City of Coventry, gent, Richard Wood and Ann his wife (formerly Ann Bentley) agree to the conveyance and the money bequeathed to William Bentley, to be raised from the above property being paid by loans from John Lee and £300 to be raised from the property to be paid to Ann Wood, formerly Bentley by bequest, not being paid, although the property has £1,500 by sale, £600 is to be paid to John Lee and £300 to Ann Wood.
