Particulars and conditions of sale of property and land in Bedford by auction by W & H Peacock on 14th April 1920 at the Lion Hotel, Bedford by direction of the mortgagee viz
(a) 1, St Andrew Road, gas laid on, formerly in occupation of the War Department with disclaimer against War Department
(b) 3, St Andrews Road, in occupation of Mrs Martin
Conditions of sale derive title of (a) and (b) from Mortgage dated 14th December 1895 between Richard Black and Catherine Eyles and state it as being subject to restrictive covenants of St Peters Glebe Estate of which (a) and (b) originally formed part.
