Dewes not wanting to sell the Hope St. property as he has improved it; he had a mortgage for £500 so should have no assignment; he reminds the recipient about reversionary funds and leaseholds at Stepney with reference to PA/101/11/860 - if Dewes decides to mortgage, J. Redgrave's brother will deposit the deeds for a short time.
