membrane 7. Defaults of suit of court; later their attorneys came and made fine for release of suit of court this year.

John Downe, clerk, and others [named] broke hedges in the lord's wood at Condorow and with their beasts consumed plants growing there; inlord's grace, 4d each. Thomas Tregevys, reeve. A few civil pleas.

Farleu for tenement at Tregarn, and view of repairs there.

membrane 8. Entries similar; defaulters of suit of court came by their 'bailiffs', instead of their 'attorneys'. Reginald Hendrewyk, reeve.

Philip Rawe to be attached for cutting down 1 oak at Condorowe, and Thomas John Rawe placed himself in lord's grace for cutting down timber at 'le Clyfe de Condorowe'. Presentment that Richard Trevyrgy flooded the lord's land at Hendrewyke, to the lord's loss.

membrane 9. Entries similar. Relief 18s 10d from deaths of Thomas Baghowe, tenant at Baghowe, and his brother Richard, and Richard's son Walter.

membrane 13. Richard Fryseland, reeve. Presentment that Laurence Chyenhale made half of the pool (stagnum) of the mill called Melyn Mogean upon the lord's land at Hendrevyke without licence; order to attach him.

membrane 14. Estreats of 10 entries, seemingly from the one court, whereby various people received tenements in the manor (Boden Vyan, Tregarne, Helwyn and ...orowe) from Lady Elizabeth Arundell (widow of John Arundell of Lanherne); also copy of an indenture whereby Lady Elizabeth Arundell granted to John Downe, Uryn his son and Margery his daughter messuages, etc, in Condorowe, including toll of tin.
