Seaton and Wansford Railway. From a junction with the company's Rugby and Stamford line in Seaton (Rutland) near Seaton Station, through Barrowden (Rutland), Wakerley, Fineshade, Blatherwycke, Kings Cliffe, Rockingham, Apethorpe, Nassington (Northants.); Elton, Sibson cum Stibbington (Hunts.); terminating there in a junction with the company's Northampton and Peterborough branch
New Railway at Kelmarsh. Deviation at Kelmarsh Tunnel on the Northampton and Market Harborough line, including land in Kelmarsh and Arthingworth (Northants.).
New Railway at Oxendon. Deviation at Oxendon Tunnel on the Northampton and Market Harborough line, entirely in Great Oxendon.
