Demise from the Rt. Hon. George Lord Willoughby de Broke to Edward Porter of St. Clement Danes co. Middx. gent. of the manor of Lighthorne, the advowson of Lighthorne, Lambcott farm [in Ettington] formerly in the occupation of Edward Eden, and a farm in Snitterfield then or late in the occupation of Richard Maids and Edward Bromley, and all the lands mentioned in indentures dated 28 May 1709. which were then conveyed by the Rt. Hon. Richard Lord Willoughby de Broke since deceased, George now Lord Willoughby de Broke, his then son and heir apparent, and others to Sir George Beaumont bart. and Charles Longueville esq. in trust for raising the sum of £10,000 for Margaret the daughter of the said George now Lord Willoughby de Broke, the present demise being for 99 years at a peppercorn rent in trust to raise and pay the interest money due on such principal (not exceeding £10,000) as should be borrowed by mortgage of the said properties.
