1049. (1) Mr John Grice and (2) The Trustees of The Birmingham Building Society No 3. Mortgage by underlease of land and premises [1392 yards ] in Ladywood, Birmingham [for a consideration of £840 from the Building Society]. Dated: 31st March 1853.
1050. (1) Mr John Grice and (2) Mrs Mary Ann Ellary. Mortgage of [12] leasehold messuages and premises in Friston Street, Ladywood, Birmingham to secure £800 and interest. Dated: 30th September 1853.
1051. (1) Messrs William Warden and Joseph Warden and (2) Mr Joseph Hughes. Reaasignment of [12] leasehold messuages and premises in Friston Street, Birmingham in consideration of the sum of £800. Dated: 22nd December 1853.
