Description (What the record is about)
-
Snapshot prints mounted on a sheet of card, probably originally an album page. Six prints are mounted on one side, all of which, apart from two prints, appear to have been taken at the same cricket match attended by the Viceroy Lord Minto. Prints 3 and 5 appear to have beeen taken on the deck of a ship. The other side of the sheet contains one small print of a luncheon party group at Government House, Calcutta. The remainder o the sheet is taken up with the autographs of those present. From a comparison of the signature of Lady Maud Warrender on the reverse of the card, it appears that all the captions are in her hand. It is possible therefore that she is also the photographer of this material. Photographers = Possibly Lady Maud Warrender,;.
